The Sacred Breath Method

Breathwork is a powerful somatic practice that uses intentional, connected breathing to access non-ordinary states of consciousness. Rooted in sacred practices and creating a safe somatic space to explore your internal medicine. The Sacred Breath technique is circular breathwork or conscious connected breathwork, it is unique to other methods in that we connect through the parasympathetic nervous state, allowing for a longer journey and respecting your boundaries. A reminder that you are safe to feel your power. These journeys serve as a gateway to deep emotional release, healing, and transformation.

The Sacred Breath Method reconnects you with the inner healer that already lives within. Through breath, we move through stored trauma, regulate the nervous system, and return to presence. Unlike meditation, which quiets the mind, breathwork invites us to feel fully, clearing what no longer serves rather than bypassing it.

On a physical level, it:

  • Oxygenates the body (90% of our energy comes from oxygen)

  • Eliminates toxins (breath supports 70% of detoxification)

  • Alkalizes the blood, soothes the nervous system, improves sleep, digestion, and focus

Every journey is unique. The breath meets you exactly where you are- and shows you what you're ready to see. All sessions start with connection to the space and intention, and end with time for post-breath integration and processing.
